Prepare your meats to perfection with this Westmark meat tenderizer!
Made from solid aluminum, this tenderizer is designed for use on all types of meat. Its two striking surfaces enable you to flatten meat without cutting its fibers (with the fine surface), or to flatten it more deeply (with the larger surface).
What's more, the ergonomic design of the handle ensures a comfortable grip during use. The lug on the end of the handle lets you hang your utensil high up to save space, but its dimensions of 21.5 x 6 x 3.5 cm also allow you to store it easily in a kitchen drawer.
Finally, the utensil can be washed in the dishwasher or by hand with a bar of soap and a dry cloth.
