The company is rooted in the German knife-making tradition, and its products are renowned for their quality and durability. Wusthof mainly produces knives, but also offers scissors and kitchen accessories.
The Wüsthof 2159620703 knife rack is an original and functional solution for storing your favorite knives. It allows you to keep them neatly organized in your drawer, so they're ready to hand as soon as you open the drawer.
It's made from easy-to-clean white PP (a plastic often used in the kitchen for its strength and durability). It has 7 places lined up next to each other. PP is gentle on steel, and blade contact with it will not damage the cutting edge.
The maximum blade length you can fit inside is 23cm, giving you a wide choice of possibilities. You can, for example, put a chef's knife, a tranchelard knife, or a filet de sole knife... You can put all your favorite knives inside.
Simply insert the blade into the slot provided. The handle will automatically rest on the upper part, in an upright position. This way, the knives are easy to grip, and the blades won't cut you. It's an attractive and safe storage solution!
