The Bamix Swissline M200 hand blender is the perfect partner for all your recipes, from starters to desserts!

This mixer is powered by a powerful 200-watt motor for fast, efficient, low-power consumption. The blender reaches a maximum speed of 18,000 rpm in no time at all. Two buttons on the motor unit allow you to select the working speed.

Highly versatile, the blender comes with 3 stainless steel attachments to enable you to prepare a wide range of recipes. Stainless steel makes the nozzles robust, shockproof and corrosion-resistant for long life.

The 3 attachments included are :

- star knife: this is the versatile attachment that mixes, chops and grinds all types of food, even frozen ingredients.

- disc whisk: for beating and whisking liquid foods. It's indispensable for frothing milk, whipping sauces and egg whites, blending soups and much more.

- Mixing disk: ideal for thick creams and sauces such as pancake batter or mayonnaise. It is also useful for removing lumps from a béchamel sauce or lumps from a vegetable purée.

You can also use your blender as a small food processor, as a 200ml mini chopper is included. This processor grinds a wide range of dry foods such as spices, chocolate, dried fruit, nuts, hard cheeses, cereals...

The mini chopper is also suitable for wet foods (garlic, vegetables, meat, raw or cooked fish, hard-boiled eggs, fresh herbs, etc.), making it the best ally for preparing baby's meals. It's the perfect tool for preparing homemade purées!

To facilitate the preparation of liquid ingredients, a 1L graduated pitcher is included. It ensures perfect dosage for your recipes and clean serving thanks to its pouring spout. A lid also allows you to store your preparation in the fridge if necessary. A handle makes the pitcher easy to use.

All blender accessories are easy to clean by hand. Be careful not to cut yourself when handling them. Then dry them with a clean kitchen towel.
