The Garberg Multi-Mount 13147 is described by Swedish brand MoraKniv as the most durable knife ever! This model has been manufactured to meet the long-standing demands of dedicated Morakniv users , and is equally appreciated by knife enthusiasts who have yet to discover the outdoor experience. This knife is even designed to withstand the most arduous tasks to which it may be exposed.
Its carbon steel blade has been treated in Mora 's factories to make it much stronger and more durable. Its Scandinavian grain will ensure that it stays sharp for a long time to come. Its sharpened back also makes it suitable for use with firelighters. Carbon steel is extremely robust. However, it remains susceptible to corrosion. So be sure to wipe and oil the blade after each use to preserve its qualities.
The Mora Garberg 13147 also features a polyamide handle just as durable as the blade. Its diamond-shaped non-slip surface offers excellent grip. You'll also have the option of a lanyard on its base. Just in case you want to integrate a cord to put it around your neck, for example.
Mora has a long history of manufacturing outdoor products. The fact that the brand proclaims this knife to be the most durable of all time says it all.
Another special feature of this model is that it comes with a MOLLE-compatible nylon sheath. The knife can be attached to anything, such as your canoe, snowmobile or ATV... The set includes hook-and-loop straps, bars, holes and notches.
