This Microplane peeler is ideal for making thin slices! Thanks to its ultra-sharp double pivoting blade, you can peel all kinds of fruit and vegetables effortlessly: carrots, cucumbers, zucchinis, potatoes, parsnips, apples, radishes... This peeler also allows you to remove the eyes from potatoes.

how do you send 5 kilos of potatoes in 5 minutes? Well, with him, it's possible. At first, I thought the peelings were a bit large, but now I don't care, because it saves me so much time. I'm ordering a second one, because my wife is always taking it away from me and I end up with the old rotten one... The only downside is that I would have liked a little system for reversing the blade. As I'm right-handed, there's a brand-new blade side I couldn't use, and I'd also have liked to be able to find spare blades to keep the handle even longer. I'm giving this one star less, because at 20€ a peeler, it's not that long-lasting, and sharpening a peeler is a challenge against the laws of physics.
