It is made from beech wood from PEFC-certified European forests, synonymous with sustainable forest management.

This manual salt mill is elegantly finished in black lacquer. The lacquering emphasizes its curves, ensuring perfect ergonomics.

An innovative salt mill, it features Peugeot's patented U'Select system, which lets you adjust the degree of salt fineness in the twinkling of an eye. It's very easy to use. Simply turn the knob at the bottom of the mill and select the grind using the small notch-shaped markings. From 1 to 6, these notches ensure ideal seasoning for all your dishes.

Precision and durability

The mill is equipped with a steel mechanism specifically designed for dry salt. Ideal for dry cooking salt (white, pink and blue), it must never be filled with damp sea salt, as this may damage the mechanism. Be sure to use salt crystals no larger than 4mm.

To fill, simply unscrew the silver knob on the mill head, remove the head and fill.

We recommend regular cleaning with a soft cloth, but do not use a dishwasher: the salt mill will always look its best on your table.
