Responsible materials and a high-performance mechanism

The Boréal pepper mill is equipped with a steel mechanism. Patented by Peugeot and guaranteed for life, it is designed to slice peppercorns without crushing them. With it, you can grind :

• black, white or red pepper
• coriander seeds
• pink berries mixed with pepper

Please note that grains must have a diameter of 6mm or less to be ground by this mechanism.

The grind is adjusted by simply screwing or unscrewing the stainless steel knob on the mill head. So you can choose a fine or thick grind with ease!

To fill the mill, simply unscrew the knob, remove the mill head, pour in the pepper and close. And off you go again!

Easy maintenance for long-lasting use

To protect the mechanism, always turn the mill head clockwise. Clean the mill only with a dry cloth. Never run it under water, and avoid using household products. To preserve its appearance, keep it away from moisture.
