Designed in France, this mill combines a wooden body, a removable glass reservoir and the Zirlion zirconia mechanism to provide a clean, even grind that's pleasant to use. With its compact 11cm size, this manual salt mill can easily be placed on a table, near plates or on the edge of the worktop.

Its real strength is its interchangeable design. The reservoir can be easily unscrewed to change from one salt to another as required: pink salt, smoked salt or aromatic blend. Empty reservoirs, compatible with the Maestro salt mill, are available separately, so you can prepare salts in advance and change flavour profiles in a flash.
