These two manual mills are made of beech wood and each measure 20 cm. The patented u’Select system offers six preset settings, ranging from a fine grind to a coarser one. Each mechanism is tailored to its contents. The pepper mill is equipped with a steel mechanism, while the salt mill features the Zirlion ceramic mechanism, designed for salt and resistant to corrosion. This combination ensures precise grinding, with a fineness that can go as fine as ice salt. Use dry, coarse salt: damp salt is not suitable for this mechanism.

Usage and Care Instructions
Fill each mill with the corresponding spice: peppercorns for one, coarse dry salt for the other. Turn the ring located beneath the mill to select one of the six settings, then grind over your dish. To preserve the wood and the mechanism, wipe the exterior with a soft, dry cloth. Do not submerge the mills in water or put them in the dishwasher.
