An efficient, easy-to-maintain mill

The Bistro dry salt mill features Peugeot's famous steel grinding mechanism. Reserved exclusively for grinding dry salts, this sturdy, efficient device is guaranteed for unlimited use.

Thanks to the classic adjustment knob on the mill head, you can adjust the fineness of the salt to your liking. The tighter the knob, the finer the grind, and vice versa.

For maintenance, a gentle wipe with a soft cloth is recommended. To preserve the mechanism and the wood, avoid water and dishwashers.

This mill is specially designed to grind dry salt crystals (rock salt) up to 4mm in size. It is important not to use it to grind wet sea salt, even if dried.
