The Bistro Peugeot salt mill is a robust, durable and efficient tool. In fact, it's equipped with Peugeot's famous steel grinding mechanism, which comes with a lifetime warranty. And the mill itself comes with a 5-year warranty. In addition, a classic adjustment knob on its head lets youadjust the salt grind, giving you the choice between a fine or coarser texture. The tightness of the screw determines the fineness of the grit: the tighter the screw, the finer the grind, and vice versa.
This Bistro mill is designed exclusively for grinding dry salt crystals (rock salt) up to 4mm in size. Make sure that the salt crystals are suitable, and do not use the mill with wet sea salt, even if dried.
Maintenance is simple: a gentle wipe with a soft cloth is all it takes. Avoid water and dishwashers to preserve the mechanism and the wood.
