The Bistro mill features Peugeot's steel grinding mechanism. Guaranteed for life, this device provides a precise, adjustable grind for various types of pepper, from black to white, green and red. It is also suitable for pink berries (up to 15% in a blend) and coriander grit.
Operation is simple and intuitive. Thanks to the classic adjustment knob on the mill head, you can set the grind size. The more you turn the knob in, the finer the texture, and the more you turn it out, the coarser the grit. It's up to you to choose the grind you like, according to the dish you're preparing and your palate.
In addition to its performance, the Bistro Peugeot pepper mill is also easy to clean. A simple wipe with a soft cloth is enough to make it shine again. Please note, however, that water and dishwashers should be avoided to preserve the quality of the mechanism and the wood.
