Description

The Pradel Excellence range of kitchen knives is suitable for both professional and domestic use. We appreciate the sober design of the black riveted handle and the versatility of this paring knife. These knives are in great demand thanks to their low price.

The blade of this paring knife measures 10cm and is made of stainless steel. Stainless steel prevents corrosion from forming. A real advantage for cooks who have to work in damp kitchens.

This versatile blade will assist you in your daily work of peeling and slicing vegetables.

The polypropylene handle ensures long-lasting strength and is also very hygienic: you can put your knives in the dishwasher without any problem, or clean them by hand if you prefer (or if you don't have a dishwasher...). Rivets for added strength.

Don't hesitate any longer, these Pradel Excellence knives have indispensable features for every cook, and their sober design is very pleasing.

You'll also find all other Pradel Excellence knives on our KnifeLeader.eu website!

To do everything
language rating 10
The knife you can use when other knives won't do. Nothing exceptional, but solid, handy, neither too big nor too small... It'll do the job when you don't have the right knife (de-joining, boning, cutting hard squash, etc.).

perfect knives, nothing to complain about, I ' ve done 42 restaurants and I've never had such great knives.

Received quickly, the knife gave a very good quality impression. Buying for high-end year-round rental accommodation/chalets. To be seen over time I highly recommend the site and product. I'll be back!
Very good knife

Excellent knife, but prefers manual cleaning to dishwashing. Small traces of rust in the dishwasher. But good value for money
Poor sharpening
language rating 8
Very good product except that it wasn't sharp enough. I had to do it.
for hobbyists
language rating 10
I think that these tools are indestructible if used correctly by an amateur, even if he or she is very active. Apart from its sturdiness, the handle is a little thick and a little too angular. Superb cutting angle and effectively sharpenable. Length for a standard paring knife, so functional and tried-and-tested. Set prices are unaffordable for private customers. A real shame.

BOF nothing wrong with the cut
language rating 6
Nothing wrong with the cut. Efficiency remains to be seen On the other hand, use only for "large" hands, as for a woman (size 7 for my gloves) the knife's grip is not at all ideal.
