Description
The Richardson Sheffield knife brand (founded in 1839) is highly reputed across the Channel for the quality and longevity of the kitchen knives it manufactures. The brand has therefore created several ranges of kitchen knives with a storage block, to offer the possibility of storing kitchen knives.
The "Cucina"(Italian for "kitchen") range of kitchen knives is designed and created for regular use. This model is the most substantial we offer, with 15 knives and kitchen accessories(compared with 6 and 10 in the other blocks available).
The knife block has a honed and polished edge. It is made of wood, a tried-and-tested material.
The blades are made of stainless steel aisi 420 (American standard) or X20Cr13 1.4021 (European standard), with a satin polish.
The handle is made of POM, a component much appreciated by top cutlery chefs for its characteristics.
