The Supercut Kitchen mandolin features a V-shaped blade designed to reduce effort and cut food cleanly. The cutting thickness can be adjusted to 5 positions by means of a thumbwheel, up to 5mm.

The Kitchen mandolin 's cutting surface and handle are made of 18/10 stainless steel. They are highly resistant to oxidation and are perfectly food-safe.

The surface is 13cm wide, so you can slice foods ranging from carrots to beet with ease. And for fast, safe use, a large pusher is included. It allows you to slice vegetables in their entirety without cutting yourself. A protective cover is fitted over the blade to avoid any risk of injury once the Kitchen mandolin has been used.
