This Rösle cake knife is a must-have for all your delicious pastries!

To begin with, this knife is made entirely of stainless steel, making it extremely sturdy. Stainless steel is renowned for its hygienic properties and is therefore perfectly suited to food contact - perfect for cutting your cakes!

The 18cm blade is double-edged, with a serrated edge for efficient slicing of puff pastry, shortbread and shortcrust pastry in pies and quiches. The second is a smooth edge for cutting sponge and cream cakes. What's more, this knife has a 2-in-1 function! Once your cake has been cut to the desired number of slices, you can use it as a pie server to serve your guests.

The handle is perfectly ergonomic, thanks to its round shape. This makes it easy to grip and comfortable to use. The handle is completed by a suspension eyelet for hanging on a utensil bar above your work surface: practical for always having it to hand!
