The Rosle cooking thermosonde is designed to precisely control the cooking of various foods such as meats, roasts, foie gras... Its digital display provides all the necessary information on temperatures and cooking levels. It covers a temperature range from -20°C to +250°C, enabling you to use it in a variety of cooking scenarios, from low temperatures for slow cooking to high temperatures for intense grilling. Ingenious features

With a 1-meter cable, this Rösle 16283 thermosonde guides you through the perfect cooking of five types of meat: veal, beef, poultry, pork and lamb. You can opt for pre-programmed temperatures according to the meat you choose.

The integrated digital display provides an accurate view of the internal temperatures of your food as well as the ambient temperatures of your oven. So you can monitor temperature changes in real time and adjust cooking to your preferences.

The stainless steel probe features two temperature sensors: one at the tip and one in the handle, for use both in the oven and on the barbecue.

This Rosle digital thermo-probe also features a built-in timer programmable up to 10 hours and can display temperatures in °C or °F, with language options including French, German and English.

The tool can be attached to magnetic surfaces thanks to magnets integrated on the reverse side, and suspended using the holder. Powered by 2 CR 2032 lithium button batteries (included), it measures 14.5 x 4.8 x 1.7cm.
