Use it just like a standard rolling pin! Roll out your dough on your work surface or on a silicone baking mat, and run the roller over it all at once to print all the motifs. Then, using a cookie cutter of your choice, cut out the shapes of your cookies and place them in the oven. Let them cool and enjoy!
