Scrapcooking rhodoid ribbon for easy unmolding !

Haven't you heard of rhodoid ribbon yet? This ribbon-like pastry accessory, made from food-safe PVC, lets you hold your preparations such as entremets, mousses, bavarois, ice creams and other cakes in place.

Rhodoïd ribbon is ideal for lining cake moulds and pastry circles for quick, easy, clean removal from the mould.

It's easy to use: simply place a strip inside your pastry ring, for example, and then arrange your dessert.

With its 3-meter length and 4cm height, you can make entremets up to 4cm high.

This rhodoïd ribbon should only be used for cold preparations. Do not put in the oven or dishwasher.

It's easy to care for: simply wash in lukewarm water. So it can be used again and again!
