Wüsthof Ikon honing steel 26cm fine grain round bit

Thanks to the Wüsthof Ikon sharpening gun, the cutting edge of your kitchen knives is easy to maintain!

A robust round bit for sharpening knives

This sharpening gun is equipped with a drill bit made of robust, corrosion-resistant chrome-plated steel. The round shape of the bit makes it easy to sharpen all your kitchen knives with blades measuring less than 26cm.

On a daily basis, it prepares your knives for cutting and prevents them from losing their sharpness too quickly. In fact, its fine grain helps maintain the edge.

The knife guard is highly developed to protect your hand during sharpening. So there's no risk of the knife slipping on your fingers and injuring you. The knife is safe to use.

An ergonomic, stable handle

The handle of the 3010586526 knife sharpener has a rounded shape that ideally matches the shape of your hand. This ergonomic grip also has the advantage of reducing fatigue resulting from intensive use: you'll be comfortable.

The material used in the design of the handle is African grenadilla wood, a rare, luxurious species from regulated sustainable exploitation. The wood is very dense, making the handle waterproof and robust.

Like all other woods, this wood is a living material. Its darker color and lighter grain therefore depend on the portion of wood harvested. Your sharpening steel is a unique piece whose visual appearance may differ slightly from the one shown above.

To ensure ideal stability, the handle is firmly attached to the Sharpening steel by three stainless steel rivets. As the wood is plated, it won't move, giving you absolute control of the gun during use.
