This ceramic stone is ideal for finishing the polishing of your knife blades. Its 2000 grit is fine and gives you a blade with an ultra-efficient cutting edge.
This stone is used with a Lansky sharpening kit. It attaches to the kit's clamp with a screw. Once screwed in, the stone is easy to handle, as its edges are serrated to prevent your hand from slipping during use. To use it, simply pass the stone over the blade of your knife, from the guard to the tip, and repeat this gesture as many times as the blade requires.
Measuring 12.1 x 2.1 x 1.6 cm, the stone takes up very little space in your drawer. So you can easily store it with the rest of your sharpening equipment!
