Description
Create festive desserts with the Silikomart 6 igloos mould!
This "silicon flex" mold lets you create pastries in the shape of individual igloos. Each igloo measures 3.8 x 4.2 cm for a preparation volume of 115ml.
The mold is made from food-safe silicone, non-toxic to health and highly resistant to temperature variations (-60°C to +230°C). So you can use it in the oven, refrigerator or freezer to make desserts with or without baking!
Its non-stick properties make it quick and easy to unmold each igloo without breaking them. All that's left to do is decorate them with a white velvet spray, for example, to create the snow effect.
