Baumalu solid copper skimmer with cast-iron handle

The skimmer is made from copper, a material that spreads heat evenly throughout the utensil. Naturally antibacterial, copper ensures a highly hygienic ladle that helps jams gel.

The surface of the skimmer has numerous perforations to efficiently remove any foam that forms on the jam during cooking. With a diameter of 11cm, the skimmer makes quick work of removing a lot of foam in one go.

This skimmer is fitted with a sturdy cast-iron handle for safe use. The handle is securely fastened with rivets, giving you an even more robust and durable kitchen utensil.

With a total length of 32cm, the skimmer also has a hanging eyelet so you can hang it in your kitchen without cluttering it up.

We recommend washing the skimmer by hand with a non-abrasive sponge to avoid scratching it. Dry it well after washing to ensure that it lasts, and apply special copper polishing paste to revive its shine. Copper will naturally change color on contact with heat.
