To use it, simply place the meat or food to be minced in the funnel, then turn the crank. The meat is pressed and minced into the perforated disc, before falling back into the container below.

Made entirely from high-quality cast aluminum, this utensil is extremely sturdy. The stainless-steel knife ensures a high quality cut for effortless use. The perforated disc is also in stainless steel, with 4.5mm holes.

The handle is made of wood, ergonomically shaped for optimum grip and no slipping during use.
