Description
This set of 2 drums for the Gefu Transforma rotary grater is ideal for preparing fruit, carrots, celery, radishes or potatoes for delicious röstis.
Here are the 2 models:
- 1 drum with crowns: for fast, easy cutting of hard cheeses such as Parmesan, Emmental and Gruyère.
- 1 Bircher drum: to be used in the opposite direction to make bircher muesli, thanks to its coarse teeth.
These drums are made from top-quality stainless steel and feature LASER CUT blades for unrivalled sharpness over time. For easy maintenance, both drums are dishwasher-safe.
This set of 2 drums is compatible only with the Gefu Transforma 19080 drum grater.
