The Mia pressure cooker has been designed for healthier everyday cooking. Steaming preserves the flavors, textures and vitamins in food. It also limits oxidation, for better food preservation.
The pressure cooker is available in 4 sizes:
- 3.5L: diameter 22cm. For 2-3 people
- 5L: diameter 22cm. Serves 4-6
- 7L: diameter 22cm. Serves 6-8
The pressure cooker features a 4mm-thick Irradial® Plus triple bottom: 18/10 stainless steel / aluminum / stainless steel induction. Such a thick bottom ensures rapid heat-up and even heat distribution throughout the vessel. The triple bottom is also ideal for keeping cooked food hot.
The triple bottom allows you to use the pressure cooker on all heat sources, including induction, and ensures faster cooking. By cooking faster, this pressure cooker consumes less energy, so you save money.
It is made of 18/10 stainless steel, a material with long durability because it is robust, shock-resistant and corrosion-resistant. In fact, it contains 10% nickel for added protection against corrosion. What's more, it allows the pressure cooker bowl to be easily cleaned in the dishwasher.
Two handles attached to the pressure cooker bowl make it easy to hold. A stainless steel insert is included in the bakelite for added strength and a secure grip.
The lid of the pressure cooker is fitted with a LAGOEASY'UP®handle. This innovative opening system guarantees safe handling of the lid. It's a double fixed handle that clips on and off in a single movement, ensuring easy opening of the pressure cooker.
For total safety, the pressure cooker features 6 rigorously tested and certified safety systems. However, we recommend that you keep children away from the pressure cooker to avoid any risk of accident.
