Peugeot Appolia forest green ceramic rectangular baking dish

Gratins, lasagne, tarts... Give free rein to your creativity with the Puegeot Appolia baking dish! Made from high-quality ceramic, it features an anti-abrasion coating for great resistance and durability.

Originating in France, this natural ceramic guarantees even, healthy cooking, for dishes that are as delicious as they are nutritious. Whether you're preparing a gratin dauphinois or an apple crumble, the heat spreads evenly, ensuring perfect results.

The added bonus? Its excellent thermal inertia, which keeps your preparations piping hot for up to 30 minutes after removal from the oven. So even if one of your guests is a little late, he or she can still enjoy a hot piece of lasagne.

The ergonomically grooved side handles of the Appolia baking dish provide a secure and comfortable grip, even when wearing oven gloves. And once the meal is finished, it's off to the dishwasher! The utensil is dishwasher-safe for quick and easy cleaning. And thanks to its rounded edges, you can also opt for a sponge wipe and that's it!
