Mastrad PRO stainless steel whipped cream siphon

The Mastrad PRO siphon is ideal for all your whipped cream needs: sweet, savoury, hot or cold. With just a few pulls of the trigger, you can whip up whipped cream like a professional.

Its stainless steel structure enables you to make hot preparations at up to 70°C in a bain-marie. What's more, a silicone band at the top of the siphon ensures safe use: it will protect you from the heat of the siphon when you use it.

The cartridge holder has a notch to prevent it from rolling off the worktop.

It comes with 3 decorating tips for whipped cream in a variety of shapes. A cleaning brush is also supplied.

For ease of use, the siphon head can be completely removed for easy cleaning. Please note that the siphon head is not dishwasher-safe, and must be washed by hand using the cleaning brush to ensure that every nook and cranny of the unit is properly cleaned. The siphon bowl is dishwasher-safe.

It complies with AFNOR safety standard NF D21-901-2013. This specific French standard enhances the reliability of siphons, by employing advanced safety requirements and testing methods on the devices. In this case, this siphon has beendesigned and manufactured with the utmost care: it has undergone a battery of demanding tests before being put on sale.

The siphon is available in two sizes: 0.5L or 1L, depending on your use.

- Do not expose the siphon to heat (oven, microwave, sunlight);

- The temperature of the water bath must not exceed 70°C;

- Do not place the siphon in the freezer.
