Wildsteer Tarasco TAR0115 survival knife 13cm blade kraton coyote handle + Cordura sheath

Wildsteer produces exclusively knives made in France. It is based between Thiers, a town renowned for 600 years for its cutlery expertise, and Saint-Étienne, which is recognized as the capital of design. Wildsteer draws its inspiration from the deep-rooted manufacturing and artistic traditions of these two towns, while employing innovative and technological methods to create its products.

The Tarasco knife was created with the advice of the 13th RDP (Régiment de Dragons Parachutistes) to incorporate their "on-the-ground" experience into its design. This model is designed to be a quality bushcraft tool.

Stainless steel blade

The Wildsteer Tarasco knife features a smooth blade measuring 13cm. The cutting edge is made of brushed X46Cr13 stainless steel. This metal alloy is corrosion-resistant. With a hardness of 56-57HRC, the steel has good edge retention and is easy to sharpen.

A handle that's comfortable to hold

The handle, meanwhile, is made of Tactiprene. This polymer offers excellent grip. The knife incorporates a double integral guard for total hand protection. A sharp edge is present on the top to facilitate the use of a flint. Finally, this knife features a hole at the base of the handle for attaching a lanyard.

What's more, the pommel is designed to safely concentrate striking effort, without the risk of your hand slipping.

The Tarasco TAR0115 knife comes with a protective Cordura sheath in coyote-colored nylon. This accessory not only protects you and your knife, but also makes it easier to carry.
