Actilam T3 folding knife forged blade white corian handle 11cm

The Actilam brand was created by Pascal Jodas, who is passionate about modern techniques. With the help of his friend Jean-Pierre Sucheras, twice elected Meilleur Ouvrier de France, he designed the Actilam T3 pocket knife. These two accomplices have brought together their different skills and know-how to create this top-of-the-range knife, which resembles a work of art. Actilam knives are made in France, in the Thiers region.

The Actilam T3 range of folding knives is not so named by chance. The "T" comes from "Torsade" or "Twist", referring to the coil spring on the back of the knife; the "3" comes from the year "2013", the release date of this famous folding knife. The designers' wish was to offer a new model with clean lines and an original mechanism.

This Actilam T3CB pocket knife features a blade in forged 4116N steel, also known as X50CrMoV15N steel. This steel is enriched with nitrogen to increase blade hardness. Actilam preferred Nitrogen to Carbon (2 elements that improve sharpness) to facilitate sharpening and preserve the blade's stainless character. With hardness reaching 58 to 60HRC, the blade will keep its edge for a long time without needing to be resharpened. The rough forging pocket along the back of the blade is the guarantee of the forging process.

The inserts are made of white Corian, a resistant and antibacterial material. The twisted spring is the knife's original touch. The double side locking system is original and intuitive, guaranteeing safety in use. The clip allows you to carry your knife in your pocket, so you can take it on a picnic or on a hike to pick herbs.
