The Arcos Samoa Iconic aluminum stewpot is designed for cooks looking for fast, even, no-fuss cooking. It's made from forged cast aluminum, a material with many advantages:

With its generous capacity of 4.3L and dimensions of 30 x 26.2 x 13.9 cm, this stewpot is ideal for preparing 4 to 5 portions: simmered dishes, stews, sauces, steamed vegetables, pasta, soups... It lends itself equally well to long cooking times and one-step family recipes.

Its non-stick ceramic coating means you can cook with little or no fat. It also resists snagging and cleans up with a simple wipe. Guaranteed PFOA-, PTFE- and PFOS-free, the coating is healthier, safer and cleaner.

Compatible with all burners, including induction, the stewpot features a Full Induction Energy Saver base, guaranteeing better thermal responsiveness and optimized energy consumption. And for a variety of cooking modes, it can also be used in the oven up to +220°C (without the lid).

Using and maintaining my stewpot

To keep your Arcos stewpot as efficient as it is elegant:

• Use on low or medium heat only, no need to turn up the heat
• Avoid metal utensils, prefer wood, silicone or nylon
• Hand-wash with a soft sponge without scrubbing
• After use, rinse the lid with hot, soapy water
