This sharpener will help you keep your knives sharp in complete safety.

In fact, its ergonomic bi-material handle gives you a good grip and foolproof stability for sharpening your knives quickly and easily. In fact, the blend of ABS and TPE is perfect for long-lasting sturdiness and ease of use.

What's more, this sharpener lets you process your knives thanks to functions located in two different notches:

-The 1st step is "coarse" sharpening. Composed of tungsten carbide plates, this notch will enable you to recover a knife's edge. This step is recommended only if your knife is very dull. Repeat the operation until you obtain the desired cutting edge.

-The 2nd stage is called "fine" sharpening, with the notch made of ceramic bars. This notch will allow you to eliminate the residues obtained in step 1. This gives your knife a clean edge, for fast, precise cutting.

Note that the knife in question must be washed after sharpening.

All you need to do is carry out step 2 once a week to keep all your knives sharp!

This modestly sized product can be stored anywhere without any hassle, so it's always right next to the chopping board. It has a good, secure grip, with no risk of cutting yourself. It's lightweight, so take care when sharpening by placing it on a stable, non-slip base. Blades that are damaged or not at all are immediately sharp again. This is easily verified when slicing a tomato into thin slices. The knife does not slip and the slices are fine.

The sharpener is really efficient and practical. Much easier to use than a whetstone. All my knives have regained their original sharpness, and I've even used it to sharpen my scissors. I highly recommend it, especially as delivery was fast. Well-packaged product. Nothing to complain about.
