Set of 2 Lékué utensils for poached eggs

The set of 2 Lékué poached egg cookers is perfect for preparing your Sunday brunch!

These cookers are little cooking accessories you won't want to do without. They let you cook poached eggs to the perfect shape!

They consist of a grid and a lid that gives them a rounded shape. The grid is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, strong and durable.

The lid, on the other hand, is made of odorless, sturdy Platinum silicone, suitable for contact with food. Its ergonomic shape makes it easy to grip without burning yourself.

The cookers are easy to use:

1. Heat a pan of water to between 90°C and 95°C without boiling.

2. Place the cooker rack over a bowl, and break your egg over it. This step allows the excess water in the egg to drain away.

3. Close the cooker with its lid and place it in the saucepan. Cook for 3 minutes.

4. Remove the cooker from the water, unmould and serve.

Supplied in packs of 2, these cookers are perfect for your morning sandwiches or mixed salads. What's more, they're easy to clean in the dishwasher.
