Set of 3 Opinel barbecue Utensils meat spatula + knife + tongs

An innovative closing Opinel for barbecuing

Opinel offers you a barbecue set including 3 Utensils for sharing a convivial, gourmet moment. Whether you're with friends or family, this set is the perfect companion for all your barbecues.

The first utensil is an Opinel n°12B closing knife, a new knife size from the Savoyard brand. This knife features a 16cm blade in martensitic stainless steel with a hardness of 55-57 HRC. The sturdy, corrosion-resistant blade offers a high-performance cutting edge, perfect for slicing meat, vegetables and even hard-skinned fruits such as pineapple.

The blade features the traditional Yatagan shape, inspired by Turkish swords. Its raised tip and rounded profile ensure robustness and easy sharpening.

The knife's handle is made from beech wood sourced from French forests. Beech wood is known for its strength and durability. The Virobloc safety ferrule keeps the blade in the desired position. So there's no risk of it opening or closing unexpectedly, and you injuring yourself.

The handle also features a practical bottle opener for opening drinks, as well as hanging the knife for storage.

Robust, well-designed barbecue Utensils

The Opinel set also includes a practical spatula+ for turning food on the barbecue. This spatula has a perforated paddle for draining food. The paddle is 20cm long and 8.5cm wide, making it ideal for food of any size. Featuring a narrow angle and a bevel on both sides, it allows you to separate food or scrape the cooking surface with ease.

The special feature of the spatula is that it has only the paddle. In fact, to use it, you simply insert it into the knife handle: clever! This saves space when storing Utensils.

The last utensil in the set is the 40cm XL pliers. Its large size ensures easy handling at a safe distance from the barbecue flames. It features an asymmetrical head with a wide notched angle, essential for gripping large pieces of meat. The small, smooth angle of the head makes the tongs equally handy for gripping smaller foods. At the end of the tongs is a notch that acts as a grill lifter. You can handle the warm barbecue grill without burning yourself.

Both Utensils are made from robust, corrosion-resistant stainless steel. Their stonewashed finish gives them a timelessly elegant appearance. All the Utensils in the barbecue set are made in France from quality materials and sourced locally.

Presented in an attractive cardboard box, the Opinel barbecue set is an original and practical gift idea for all barbecue enthusiasts!
