The removable handles with silicone inserts prevent utensils from scratching the pan during use. They can support up to 10 kg, which is handy when the pan is full. Once the handles are removed, the pans are stackable, oven-safe up to 230°C, and can be stored to save space in your cabinets.
The pans are compatible with all stovetops, including induction, and are oven-safe without the handles. Use wooden, nylon, or silicone utensils to protect the coating.
Dishwasher use is possible, but hand washing is recommended: use hot water, a little dish soap, and a soft sponge. Let the pan cool before cleaning, and avoid abrasive scouring pads.
