This smooth-edged mold is made entirely of carbon steel, a resistant alloy renowned for its lightness. It features a non-stick coating: the quality of its coating means you can perfectly remove all your pastries from the mold, without making a mess!

Cutting a cake into equal parts is no easy task. Even more so when you have to satisfy all the gourmands around your table! That's why marking dots have been added to the rim, so you can cut your cake into perfect equal parts.

As for care, we recommend hand-washing. Please note that this utensil is not microwave-safe.
