The santoku knife makes slicing fruit and vegetables easy. And thanks to its honeycomb structure, food sticks little or not at all. Finally, the paring knife is perfect for small cutting jobs or for peeling your ingredients.

These Berghoff Leo Forest knives feature a corrosion-resistant, easy-to-sharpen X30Cr13 stainless steel blade. This blade is attached to a soft-touch recycled polypropylene handle. This material is what makes these knives so special. PP is recycled from plastic bottles, reducing the environmental impact of production. What's more, this material is pleasant to the touch and non-slip.
