Whether you're an avid collector of fine pocket knives or an adventurer looking for a practical knife, this Böker Coffin folding knife is just what you need. The result of a collaboration between Böker and renowned designer Chuck Gedraitis, this knife is a masterpiece that will impress you with its exceptional features.
The distinctive handle design of this Boker Coffin 112944 pocket knife is reminiscent of a coffin, hence its name. Made from blue denim micarta, it offers a balanced grip while sporting a look that's both elegant and casual. The soft texture of micarta is reminiscent of the comfortable feel of vintage denim, giving the knife a unique and fashionable aesthetic. But it also gives the handle a non-slip texture, ensuring a safe and secure grip at all times.
As for the blade, it features a Drop point shape and is made from MagnaCut steel. This alloy boasts an impressive hardness of 62-63 HRC, guaranteeing exceptional cutting precision and durability. What's more, the blade is embellished with an artistically decorated ricasso, ready to take on any everyday cutting challenge. Whether you're peeling an apple or slicing a wire, this Boker knife is cut to perform a variety of tasks with ease and style.
One of the outstanding features of this Coffin Denim 112944 folding knife is its 90-degree Slipjoint mechanism. This system guarantees smooth opening and closing. And speaking of opening, this knife is opened in the traditional way thanks to a Nail Nick, a small notch on the back of the blade, which you pull manually with your fingernails.
To top it all off, this Böker Coffin 112944 folding knife features a reversible stainless steel clip . You can choose between a tip-up or tip-down position, depending on your preference. This clip ensures discreet carrying and storage, allowing you to access the knife easily in the same stride.
