Description

The Böker Swiss Dagger 121553 is a robust knife ideal for outdoor use. It is inspired by ancestral models dating back to the early 13ᵉ century. Embodying both antique elegance and robustness, this Boker Swiss Dager knife is an impeccable replica of the knife traditionally carried by pikemen in the 15ᵉ and 16ᵉ centuries. It is also known as a "baselarde".

Elegant and practical knife

The aesthetics of this Böker knife are dominated by the meticulous design of its pommel and cross guard. A distinctive curved design is present in this handcrafted edition, recalling authenticity and tradition.

Its handle is carved from hand-selected local cherry wood, a material prized since antiquity for its distinctive reddish color. Every detail, from design to manufacture, is meticulously cared for in Boker's Solingen factory, guaranteeing unrivalled quality and authenticity.

High-performance knife

This Boker 121553 knife features a C75 carbon steel blade, renowned for its resilience and durability. With an impressive length of 21.9cm, the blade is sharpened and pointed on both sides and features a diamond-shaped cross-section, a design proven for its stability and efficiency. Details such as the logo and individual serial number confirm the product's authenticity and consistent quality.

Care instructions: the carbon blade is sensitive to corrosion. It is therefore imperative to clean it by hand and wipe it dry immediately afterwards. Please note that the color of the blade may change slightly over time. This is a normal phenomenon due to use (acidity of foods, exposure to ambient air and its variations in humidity...). To prevent this, we recommend coating the blade with mineral oil from time to time.

This knife also comes with a metal sheath for safe, practical transport.
