First of all, the 11.5cm blade is made of JI-420 steel, for tenfold strength. Each blade is engraved with "Laguiole bougna" in impeccable calligraphy. The blade also extends into the handle thanks to its full tang system, for tenfold balance. What's more, the extension in the blade is studded with engraved twisted motifs to great effect.

The handles of these table knives are made of rosewood, a very dense, moisture-resistant wood. Its dark color contrasts perfectly with the brass bolster and base, creating a gradation of warm tones. The gripping surface of the handles is embellished with refined brass-colored floral motifs.

Finally, the presentation box is ideal as a gift for a loved one. Made of wood, it features a red-lined interior where you can store each knife in a small notch. It closes with a small latch, and its top surface features the brand name and a spiral motif, adding originality to the piece.
