This elegant Cole & Mason spice carousel keeps your favorite spices close at hand. For many years, Cole & Mason has specialized in the creation of utensils for seasoning your dishes, such as salt and pepper mills, spice organizers and hand-grind mortars. Drawing on this experience, she has designed this functional yet beautiful carousel.
This complete spice mill features a black base with central handle, which allows the mechanism to be rotated. The stand has a non-slip base to stabilize it on a flat surface. To pick up one of the bottles, simply unclip it from the structure: a quick and easy manoeuvre (the same system is used to put it back on, with just one press).
The carousel features 20 hermetically sealed glass bottles (to protect the spices and avoid altering their taste) with shiny chrome lids. Each bottle is conveniently marked on the lid with the name of the spice it contains. You can choose between two settings for arranging the spices on your preparations (not counting the closed position):
- sprinkle: for a small, well-distributed amount of spice to give a subtle flavor to your dishes
- pour: for a faster, more pronounced flow, e.g. for seasoning large quantities of dishes
The carousel comes with 18 pre-filled bottles. They contain: dill, cinnamon, mint, pepper flakes, basil, marjoram, fennel seeds, oregano, parsley, thyme, paprika, rosemary, turmeric, sage, cumin seeds, coriander, mustard seeds and curry.
Once emptied, the jars can be refilled at your convenience.
The Cole & Mason spice carousel is a practical, contemporary solution for storing your spices whenever you like! Let your creativity flow every time you cook!
