The versatility of an intelligent container

Designed in transparent borosilicate glass, the bowl is resistant to thermal variations and allows :

• Bake up to +180°C (without lid)
• Reheat in the microwave
• Store in the freezer down to -20°C
• Clean in the dishwasher (without lid)

This bowl is as practical for preparing tasty dishes as it is for serving and storing them!

The glass bowl features an innovative BPA-free synthetic lid with a silicone gasket and valve to ensure a double seal. Connected to the Fresh & Save vacuum pump (not included), it extracts air in seconds and blocks oxygen, preserving the flavor, nutrients and texture of food.

The QR code on the lid makes it easy to scan your bowl with the Zwilling app. So you can record the contents, set a storage date, and receive reminders before your food reaches its freshness limit. It's a simple solution for limiting food waste, while organizing your preparations efficiently!

Simplified use and optimized storage

This bowl is intuitive to use:

1. Place food in the bowl

2. Close lid

3. Activate the Fresh & Save pump (not supplied) on the valve to create the vacuum.

4. Scan the QR code with the Zwilling Culinary World app to manage shelf life (you'll receive automatic reminders before expiration).

If you don't have the pump, you can simply use the bowl, without benefiting from the extended storage time.

Once the bowl has been emptied, you can easily clean it in the dishwasher, without the lid. For the latter, prefer manual washing with warm, soapy water. To ensure that the vacuum system remains effective over time, be sure to clean the seal and valve regularly. The glass can be washed without special care, while the lid needs to be dried carefully after washing.
