As it's glued wood, I'd like to see how it ages. After a few months it's fine, but what about in a few years? I've just made my own solid wood plank!

I wasn't expecting much, but as well as being beautiful, this is a quality board. It's light enough to handle with ease, and despite the repeated assaults of my Japanese knives, it doesn't flinch. I give it a little oil once a month or so to restore its original color.
