Lékué baking mat in silicone and fiberglass - 60x40cm

With this mat, your cookies, puff pastries or chouquettes cook faster. This is thanks to its fiberglass structure, which distributes heat more evenly and more quickly. The result is even cooking, so you can bake larger quantities in less time.

The mat is made from high-quality Platinum silicone. This silicone contains no plastic or bisphenol A for impeccable food hygiene. It's also flexible for easy handling and storage of the mat, and its non-stick properties ensure trouble-free removal from the mold.

This high-quality mat is ideal for oven baking up to +220°C, but you can also use it to set preparations in the freezer down to -60°C.

Important: measuring 60 x 40 cm, the mat is larger than most conventional ovens. It is suitable for large household and professional ovens.

To clean, simply place the mat in the dishwasher. You can then roll up the mat for uncluttered storage in your kitchen cupboards.
