The Mastrad pastry sheet is perfect to accompany you from preparation to baking!
With this sheet, you can roll out dough and store it in the fridge or freezer.
The sheet has graduations (in cm and inches) on all 4 edges, as well as circles in the center, to guide you in making perfectly round dough shapes.
Made from fiberglass and red silicone, it offers excellent long-term resistance to intensive use and high temperatures. It can be stored down to -40°C and is oven-safe up to +230°C.
