The pan features a domed lid with aself-basting system for meats. This ensures that your meats will always be tender without getting soggy, thanks to the shape of the lid which directs condensation droplets towards the sides. What's more, the lid is fitted with a cool grip for safe handling.
Two removable woodenhandles are included with the pan. The first is short and is useful when serving simmered dishes at the table. The second is long and facilitates the use of the cookware as a frying pan or sauté pan. These wooden handles add a touch of elegance to the pan, while offering a comfortable, easy grip.
A wooden spatula is also included. It enables you to mix your dishes without scratching the pan. You can place your spatula directly on the lid handle, which has a notch for easy access.
Finally, the frying pan comes with a stainless steel basket for deep-frying, steaming or pan-frying. When using the frying pan for deep-frying, take care not to exceed a maximum temperature of +200°C.
