A domed lid with aself-basting systemfor meats is included with the pan. This ensures that meats are always tender and juicy, but never soggy, as the shape of the lid directs condensation droplets towards the sides. The lid also features a cool grip for easy handling. Cookut also supplies a wooden spatula with La Fabuleuse. Thanks to it, you can mix your preparations without scratching your pan. What's more, you can easily place your spatula directly on the lid handle, which is equipped with a notch designed for this purpose. Two removable woodenhandles are also included with your pan. The first is short, useful when serving simmered dishes at the table.
