Instructions for use

Before first use, wash the tart mould inhot water with a little washing-up liquid and a soft sponge, then rinse and dry thoroughly. For routine maintenance, hand washing is recommended to prolong the life of the coating. Avoid dishwashers, abrasive sponges, steel wool and metal utensils.

A few precautions should be observed: never overheat the empty dish, do not exceed 220°C, do not cook for longer than 6 hours, and do not use the grill mode. Handles can become hot, so use potholders to avoid burns. For storage, use protective felt.

The pie cutter can also be cleaned by hand only. Wash it with a damp cloth or sponge, dry it immediately and never immerse it in water. It must not come into contact with surfaces or food above 180°C. Also, allow the dish to cool for a few minutes before cutting, to avoid distortion.
