Use and care instructions

Before each use, remember to clean and dry the outside of the dome carefully to avoid any residue during cooking. Respect a maximum temperature of 220°C and avoid using the grill mode.

To preserve the coating, use only non-metallic utensils. Once out of the oven, handle with suitable protection to avoid burns.

For maintenance, wash by hand with hot water, washing-up liquid and a soft sponge. If any residue remains, leave to soak for a few hours before cleaning.
