Advice on use and care
Before using for the first time, clean the dish withhot soapy water, then apply a thin layer of oil (excluding olive oil) before heating for 5 minutes at 180°C. After cooling, quickly wash the dish again. The result is a non-stick dish that performs even better.
The separator is easy to use: insert it in the direction of the arrows, press to create a suction cup effect, and check that it is stable. Remove it before unmolding for impeccable results. Do not use when the oven is in grill mode.
For cleaning, hand washing with a soft sponge is recommended. Dishwashing is also possible, but should be used sparingly to prolong the life of your utensil.
